Tim and Pat,

I am really thrilled with the Lambert House - it will most likely be the best thing we've ever done in our business - and I love the sign - it looks wonderful. You are men of many talents - and I have enjoyed getting to know you a bit and having you do this work. I am most grateful for all your efforts to bring this project in on schedule. It was amazing (and probably a bit lucky also!)

The men who work for you are great and very helpful and patient. They deserve a huge thank you also. We appreciate all their effort and their willingness to do whatever we needed or wanted. Please compliment them for me. Jeffrey, James, and Craig - I ought to dedicate Jackie Wilson's "Handyman" to them on the radio! - (and Jeff's son) You're fortunate to have such good employees.

Again thank you, "you did good". If we have a ribbon cutting on Monday April 14. I'll call you. At the very least stop by on Wed. April 16th for open house and register for all these prizes manufacturers are giving us for our Grand Opening/50th Anniversary Celebration. We are most grateful and very happy to be in our beautiful old "new" home. Best Wishes

Dear Tim and Pat,

A special word of appreciation for the excellent work you performed in updating our home. It is simply beautiful, and I am so pleased with the results. It gives me such a lift to come home to a newly decorated area. I could not be happier.

I want to give particular commendation to Ronnie Burgess (Burgess Wood Works), Molly, the flooring folks (Interiors Exteriors), and the gas logs installer (Jordon Sheet Metal). They are true professionals and have added a special touch to each living area.

Thank you for coordinating and collaborating on such a major task. I am a very satisfied customer and am happy to tell others of your exceptional work.

Mrs. Loretta Lutman - September 21, 1999

Dear Tim and Pat,

Just wanted to let you know we still love and enjoy our new addition you did for us. I think of Craig (Craig Gooch, Garris-Brantley Project Manager) every time I go down that beautiful staircase, and when I hose off the aluminum siding.

The solid construction and beautiful workmanship by Mr. Rose (Jeff Rose, Garris-Brantley Project Manager) are still appreciated and enjoyed every day, especially the cathedral ceiling in the Master bedroom. The lattice surrounding the court-yard, and edging the arbor made it like an outdoor room.

The addition of the study flows and blends with the "old" house so well, that if I can't go outside, it's not so.o.o.o.o bad. We love all the bookcases, cabinets, and George's computer area.

We appreciate you all, and the beautiful workmanship of your contractors. It's such a wonderful, livable, comfortable house.

Tim and Bert, The flowers that you sent us were absolutely gorgeous!  What a nice surprise!  It was wonderful to have them for the "reunion dinner".  Tim, we so appreciated your patience and all of your hard work over the past several years.  We feel fortunate to have had you and your crew on our job - you're a terrific bunch!  We really are very very pleased with our "new" home.  Many, many thanks!
