Burkart Sun Room

This lakeside sunroom uses twelve foot ceilings and interesting window patterns to maximize the gorgeous view of Badin Lake. The curved wall encloses a stair that leads to the exercise room and wine cellar. Also note the use of large crown moldings to balance the proportions of the twelve foot ceilings. Design by Tim Garris. Garris-Brantley Project Manager was Jeff Rose.
